What is your shipping cost and will you ship to my country ?

Renewergy ships to all major North American & European countries as well as Australia & New Zealand free of cost. If you want to check whether we can ship to your country, please email us at info@renewergyshop.com. 

I'm not sure which solar product will be suitable for my garden, can you assist ?

Sure, our team specializes in solar product design and engineering and we would love to suggest you the perfect fit for your need according to your location, shading and personal choice. Please leave us an email at info@renewergyshop.com with as much details as possible. 

Can you assist me with wholesale request ?

Absolutely, we have delivered thousands of solar products to many dealers across the globe, ranging from 10,000 W solar home systems in North America, to 20 W off-grid systems in Ghana. We would love to discuss about your large order needs.  

Do you accept returns ?

Absolutely, please check our return policy. If for some reason, the product is damaged during the shipping or is not what you expected, we would be happy to send you another order.
