Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Email support@renewergyshop.com with your order number to start a return.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Send returns to: Renewergy, 2481 Spruce Needle Dr, Mississauga, ON L5L1M5, Canada.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. There are no restocking fees.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — return shipping is on us in that case.

We do not offer exchanges. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded.
